Access to any information on this web site is conditional on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. References on this web site to The Management / we / our / us are references to Rancho Cabrera and its appointed Agents. ‘The Client/Clients’ shall mean the person or persons named on the booking form. BY FILLING IN THIS BOOKING FORM  you agree to accept these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons named on the booking form.

No warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any of the information contained on this Web Site or as to the nature, or suitability  of any services offered by us or on our behalf. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage direct or indirect which may arise, directly or indirectly, from the use of any of the information contained in this Web Site or use of or access to any  information  via links from this site. These exclusions of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and where consistent with our applicable booking conditions.

You accept full responsibility for any accident or injury which may occur from this holiday. Our business and the services we offer are governed by the laws of Spain
Access to this Web Site is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters which arise between you and us will be governed by Spanish law and to the exclusion of the Courts in any other country.
 

The Management reserves the right, and without providing reason therefore, to refuse admission to or remove from the said premises any client or clients. In the event of any such refusal or removal by the Management they may, but shall be under no obligation, to refund any fees paid.

The Management shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage sustained at the Ranch, or in any activity connected with the Ranch, to any client whether in respect of any negligent act or omission by its agents or otherwise.

The Management shall be under no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss suffered by reason of the failure of the Ranch or its agents to notify any client of any risk or danger of which they had no prior knowledge.

All activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

All clients must have full and sufficient personal accident, injuries and medical insurance to cover the duration of their holiday, and must bring with them the insurance details and receipt.

The Management reserves the right to modify, alter or curtail the riding itinerary, route, timetable or excursion for any reason beyond its control, including, but without limitation, war, riot, civil disturbance, weather, Act of God or any Government action, and the Management shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage to the client.

The Management will not tolerate any miss-use of alcohol, and will not accept any illegal use of drugs whatsoever. In the event of any client found in possession of these or any other illegal substances there holiday will immediately be terminated WITH NO MONEY REFUNDED  and there actions be reported to the appropriate authorities.
 

Insurance  You are required  to take out a personal accident insurance for the duration of your stay with us. The management may request details of personal insurance on arrival at  Rancho Cabrera.  You may be refused all riding if your insurance is not valid and no refund will be given.

The deposit payable constitutes a contract between the Management and the Client once the client has received confirmation of acceptance of the deposit by the Management and / or their agent

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all such information and prices, regrettably errors do occur. You must therefore ensure you check  with us at time of booking.
